Okay!
No one is reading this anyway! So I don't feel so bad for only posting a few times.
Today I am trying an Asian (Thai) Matzo Ball Soup. Basically Tom Yum with no sour limes, and matzo balls made with chives and maybe lemongrass. It is an experiment, I'll post the results (and the recipe if it turns out).
